I want to introduce you to my passion.. women's boxing!
I tried everything to lose weight and get into shape. All with no result. But then I decided to try women's boxing. Yes, women's boxing!!!
It's made me a strong and confident woman. It's great for any age. I was 43 when I started and at 46 I am in the best shape of my life.
Boxing builds confidence and stamina. It burns calories fast and it's a total body workout. The twists and turns burn waist fat like crazy!
It's exhilarating and reduces stress, and what it does for your stability and equilibrium is life changing. Boxing works muscles that cardio machines and weight lifting can never do.
If you have the right teachers you will not get hurt, you will get stronger. Don't worry about getting hit. This is boxing workout, so the only contact is with hand pads and bags.
It's done in a women's only gym and is taught by women. So forget sweaty intimidating male boxers. This is a whole new experience.
