We all know that a good boxing workout is the way to a strong healthy body - but I don't want to ignore correct nutrition. So every once in a while I'm going to give you healthy tips you can use in conjunction with your boxing. So here's the first..
Dairy, Dairy, Dairy - Not
People ask me about weight loss every day - and particularly loosing weight around the middle. The first thing I check is how much dairy they eat. My test showed if you want quick results around the middle give up dairy.
Yes ladies, that includes milk, cheese and butter.
For me, with boxing and eating the right foods, I burnt my muffin top in just over a month. It's my opinion we have no business digesting another animals milk. We all know calves become big fat cows, and what do they drink? Yup, Milk.
Plus, Milk is full of hormones - yet another reason to avoid it.
Test it out for two weeks - you'll be amazed. Add an abundance of leafy veggies like kale and spinach to give you the calcium you need. Replace milk with almond, cocunut, soy or my favorite cashew.
I've been dairy free for 7 years. I feel leaner, clearer and more focused.
