My Early Morning Boxing Routine
When I start my day at the gym at 5am (I know, it's a bit early) it sets the stage for a great day.
I start with 45 minutes of cardio, either on the Arc or Elliptical, and then I like to put on my boxing gloves and hit the bag for 30 mins while listening to Fit Radio.
It's better then a cup of coffee and motivates me for a productive day.
Boxing makes endorphins flow fast, so I'm in a great mood for the whole day. I love endorphins! And yes, in case you were wondering, I love boxing. Try it!
