How a Boxing Workout Changed My Life

In this stressful world wouldn't it be nice to have a healthy fun outlet that's good for both body and soul? Something that can improve you physically and help lift you mentally and emotionally. I found all that in a boxing workout!

Since 2013 I've transformed my body and mind in ways I could only dream of.

Boxing workouts have given me muscle tone that I never thought possibile. My arms, shoulders and back have the definition of an athlete. The exercises that take place in a boxing workout have given me strong legs, a flat stomach.. and bye bye muffin top.

I have more stamina now than I did when I was 20. And forget a 3 minute drill - I can easily do 30. Boxing has also improved my flexibility and balance, and as we get older these two components are so important.

With the increase in strength and the confidence of a healthy body I mentally feel stronger then ever. I feel it's given me independence and assurance that I have the ability to protect myself. Emotionally I'm able to get my frustrations, stress and worries out on the bag. Hitting the bag is exhilarating, and especially with my left hook.
