Many women ask me if they will get hit in a boxing workout. Absolutely not. My boxing workout is to get you fit, build your confidence and have fun. In the workout you will learn the correct way to punch a bag so you can burn fat and build muscle.

And don't forget the mental side of boxing. It builds confidence and makes your body stronger and your mind stronger. Many people have told me how much more confident they are since learning how to box. It makes you less fearful and willing to try new things.
